Shipping & Return


Delivery Information

Standard. One Tabletop offers standard ground and rush delivery service via USPS and UPS for most shipments. All items in stock will be shipped within 24-72 hours. Orders are sent out within 48-72 hours of your order being placed and upon confirmation of the item in stock. FOR US Shipments:  Orders arrive within 5-10 business days (excluding holidays), for orders in the continental United States, when places Monday through Friday before 1 p.m. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii arrive in 7-14 business days. Orders arrive within 5-10 business days (excluding holidays), for orders in the continental United States, when places Monday through Friday before 1 p.m. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii arrive in 7-14 business days .

Expedited and Premium. Priority handling is available for an additional charge. U.S. deliveries only and requires a street address - no P.O. boxes. In stock items only. Expedited or Premium service is required for all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Canada. All orders are in U.S. dollars, payable in U.S. funds only. Canadian delivery charges include all taxes/fees for delivery to the customer's door.

State and Local Tax Information

Merchandise and Delivery charges are subject to state and local taxes for shipments to NY, NJ and PA.

Merchandise ONLY is subject to state and local taxes for shipments to CA, and MA.

Shipping and Handling Information

Our shipping and handling charge is intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging the products you have purchased, and delivering them to you and/or the recipients you designate. An additional heavyweight charge will be applied to heavy or oversized items as indicated.

 

Returns

If you wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in its original packaging, unused. Please ensure that packaging is not damaged or stained. If any item is used or damaged, it cannot be returned. If you receive a product that is damaged, we will gladly provide you with a replacement within 15 days, with proof of damage. Recipient is responsible for showing that the item was damaged prior to her use, or in shipment. You will be required to send picture of damage, or leave the package to be picked up by UPS. We accept any returns and exchanges if you are unhappy with your product within 15 days of purchase, in its original packaging, unused (brand new). All returns or exchanges must be made in original packaging, unused items and brand new. Used items cannot be returned or exchanged.

2)Send a replacement if product is damaged or

*Shipping fee not included

Please note that all refunds are for the merchandise only and do not include the shipping charge. The Shipping fee is subtracted from the original purchase amount. Please return items in the original package and retain mailing receipt. Return address will be provided with form.
